☀️ 冬日暖身 / 泡腳配方 ☀️

開始轉冷,芳友已紛紛準備暖身或泡腳用油,可以溫和增溫、增強免疫、增進血液循環。


不妨考慮以下精油:


☀️ 柴桂 Cassia, India(Tamala)

相比中國 / 錫蘭肉桂,柴桂性質較溫和,又能為身心帶來暖意,打打氣,如冬日暖陽。


☀️ 薑

行氣活血的薑,換轉成精油形式,也是驅寒送暖好夥伴。泡腳的話,也消除疲勞。


☀️黑胡椒

雖然是香料類,但黑胡椒讓人排解阻塞,平靜情緒。通淋巴血管、應對慢性疲勞尤其有效。


☀️ 天竺葵

怡人香氣,喚起身心流動力,用輕鬆平和方式,提振循環,滋養心靈。


在 10ml 底油,可參考以下比例:

柴桂 2 滴

薑 2 滴

黑胡椒 2 滴

天竺葵 4 滴


用法:搖勻植物油 + 精油後,倒出掌心,搓成溫熱,搽在身上和雙腳,輕輕按摩,直至感到暖意。


泡腳:據以上精油比例,調成一支複方精油,在泡腳時加入數滴精油,暖意從腳開始湧上,同時消除疲勞鬱悶。
