增強免疫混合香料配方

週末參加了一個線上講座,由一位印度醫生主講,主題是「阿育吠陀與免疫系統」。 醫生針對近日的傳染病,提出了很多生活上增強免疫的實質建議,其中一個跟使用香料有關。眾所週知,印度是香料之國,醫生分享了一個增強免疫的混合香料配方。(注意:所指的是食用香料,不是精油。😆) 增強免疫的混合香料配方: 6份 薑黃 Turmeric 3份 小茴香 (孜然) Cumin 3份 芫荽籽 Coriander seed 6份 茴香籽 Fennel 1份 薑粉 Ginger (powder) 1份 黑胡椒 Black pepper 1/4份 肉桂粉 Ground cinnamon 以上香料打成粉末,用來做菜,或用餐時灑在食物上 剛巧家裡有齊所有材料,決定今天就動手做這個spice mix!一邊打一邊聞到很香的芫荽籽味道,跟芫荽精油的氣味是一模一樣的哦!😍 香料粉做好了,所有用具都被薑黃染成了星洲炒米的螢光黃色😂!但是好香咖喱味啊,引得我口水直流!立馬就用它煮了一盤雞翼,全家都竪起大姆指,大讚好吃!出奇地,煮出來的菜式沒有印度味,也沒有咖哩辣味,連小女兒也接受得來,還吩咐我明天再煮一次呢!😋 醫生還另外給了增強免疫精油配方,明天跟大家分享。😄
