油浴法 Abhyanga

《芳香療法碩士》課程中,介紹了不少阿育吠陀(AyurVeda)的日常保養點子,其中一個是油浴(Abhyanga)。油浴簡單理解就是身體按摩,它是每天早上都應該爲自己做的第一件事。按摩可以增加血液循環、促進淋巴排毒、使肌膚回復彈性,是回春的秘訣!


進行油浴時,整個身體從頭到腳(板底)都塗滿油,起初很不習慣,邊按邊流汗,又擔心頭髮洗不乾淨。但第一次做完油浴,老公眼前一亮,讚我容光煥發!小女兒看著我說:「媽咪今日咁開心嘅?」效果如此明顯,再懶惰的女人也會愛上油浴!


我認識的不少芳療老師都有油浴的習慣,親身體驗過後終於明白箇中吸引力!實行每天油浴沒多久,身體阻塞的部位疏通了、掉髮的問題得到重大改善、皮膚變得滋潤有彈性,根本沒有不繼續的理由!
