用什麼精油舒緩高山反應?
剛完成了為期兩星期的秘魯、玻利維亞之旅
由於很多地方海拔高達 3000~4000 多米,出發前特別為高山症做足準備。你猜,哪款精油最能舒緩高山反應?
高山症其實是身體一時適應不到缺氧環境,常見症狀包括:
頭痛、頭暈、失眠、噁心、嘔吐、虛弱等。
這次我隨身帶了幾瓶精油應對:
迷迭香
薑
薰衣草
另外還特別做了一支聞香棒,不舒服時直接吸聞,非常方便。
聞香棒配方如下:
迷迭香
薄荷
藍膠尤加利
檸檬
前 3 款精油主要幫助呼吸更順暢、提升含氧感;加入檸檬則是為了讓氣味更清新、更平衡。
同行朋友吃了當地買的高山症藥後,竟然出現手腳麻痺的副作用,連腳板底都麻痺
我幫她塗抹了迷迭香精油,麻痺感竟然很快舒緩,她自己都覺得超神奇!
至於我自己,算是很幸運,沒有太大不適。
頭兩天只是走路時有點氣喘、心跳加速,但身體很快便適應了。後來去到 4000 多米海拔,也完全沒問題
旅行途中再次感受到:
有時一小瓶精油,真的可以成為旅程中的「保心安」油

Lemon
Honestly, this tiny inhaler became my travel bestie.
One of my travel companions got numb hands & feet after taking altitude sickness medicine I applied some rosemary oil for her, and the numbness eased almost right away — we were both so surprised!
Meanwhile, I only felt a little breathless during the first couple of days, and after that my body adjusted like a champ Even above 4,000m, I felt great.
