每天泡澡和按摩,是保持健康的秘訣


上德芳課時,老師示範幫同學做腿部按摩。按完一邊44下之後,同學的雙腿有非常顯著的差異!沒按摩過的那條腿皮膚黯黑、水腫明顯;按摩過的那一邊白裡透紅、小腿的線條都出來了!按摩的作用就是那麼明顯,怪不得連醫學之父Hippocrates 都說:「每天泡澡和按摩,是保持健康的秘訣」! 自從見了這驚人效果,我的決心又被激勵!接下來的一個星期,我每天都爲自己作全身按摩,有時候還配合運動+桑拿浴,效果加乘!我自己感覺最明顯的,是雙腿變輕盈了,胸部的結塊不見了,手臂的淋巴阻塞沒有了。還有,就是便便暢通了,胃部脹氣的問題給舒緩了,整個人都精神了許多倍! 按摩雖好,可是雜務纏身的時候,還是很難堅持下去的!因此,過了一個星期,我又疏懶了~ 事實上,我每次上完芳療課,都會下定決心持續每天爲自己按摩,不過就是恆心不夠,沒能堅持!在香港這個繁忙的地方,要堅持善待自己,原來也挺費勁的呢!😆😆
