芝麻油 Sesame Oil


芝麻油(Sesame Oil),冬天暖身的首選。

尤其是針對Vata(風型)體質的人,芝麻油能夠安撫他們風、空、冷的特質。特別建議早晨起床後,先將冷壓芝麻油溫熱,從頭到腳按摩一遍,然後等10-15分鐘才洗澡。這樣做的話,手腳冰冷、睡不好等問題都會得到緩解。不過,早上起床按摩洗澡的習慣不容易建立,我到現在也沒能做到!😅
