印度香料

今天一則新聞,印度從中國撤僑700人零感染,網友笑言要買爆咖哩,我看這或多或少有點道理。😆 印度咖哩一般用上很多香料,常用的包括芫荽籽(Coriander seed)、丁香(Clove)、荳蔻(Cardamom)、小茴香(Cumin)、薑黃(Turmeric)、肉桂(Cinnamon)、甜茴香(Fennel)、月桂葉(Bay Leaf)、咖哩葉(Curry Leaf)、黑胡椒(Black Pepper)、薑(Ginger)、蒜(Garlic)…等。此等香料都具消炎抗菌、幫助消化的作用,而且它們都可以萃取成精油呀!🤗 芳香療法之中,大部分香料類精油都用在消化系統上。特別推介豆蔻(Cardamom)精油,除了開胃健脾、幫助消化以外,它對肺部有抗菌以及溶解黏液的作用,亦能增強免疫,是腸道和呼吸道保養的理想用油,可與白千層(Cajuput)、羅文莎葉(Ravintsara)、茶樹(Tea Tree)等精油配搭。豆蔻精油溫和而安全,非常適合小朋友使用。💖 (聲明: 文章資料僅供參考之用, 並非取代醫生診斷或治療。如有疑問,請向芳療師查詢。)
