我的聲頻療癒之旅

很多人以為，我最早接觸的是芳香療法。其實，聲頻療癒幾乎是在同一時間走進我的生命。

最初吸引我的，是音叉。

在大部分人還未認識聲頻療癒的年代，我已經帶著音叉四處走 我深深著迷於聲頻如何影響能量、情緒與身體，也開始探索它與芳香療法、水晶療癒之間的結合。

後來，我遇上了水晶缽。

我至今仍記得，自己小心翼翼地將第一套水晶缽從加拿大帶回來。在埃及金字塔的密室中玩水晶缽又是另一個神秘體驗，那種空靈而充滿天籟感的聲音，直到今天依然讓我深深著迷。

而銅鑼，卻是我後來才真正愛上的。

坦白說，初接觸時，我覺得它太強烈、太震撼。但在經歷過幾次極深層的銅鑼療癒後，我開始明白它真正的力量——那種低沉的震動，能瞬間帶人進入非常深的冥想狀態。

這些年，我學過很多不同的樂器，但最讓我產生共鳴的，始終還是水晶缽與銅鑼。也因此，它們一直都是我的Aroma Sound Bath 中最重要的一部分。

而真正讓我著迷至今的，是「聲頻與香氣」之間的連結。

不只一次，有接受療癒的人告訴我：當我敲響聲頻的瞬間，香氣彷彿被放大了——氣味變得更深、更立體，整體能量也完全不同。那種聲音與香氣互相共振、彼此提升的感覺，至今仍讓我非常感動。

My journey into sound therapy started around the same time as aromatherapy.

I began with tuning forks because they were simple to carry and easy to use. I was fascinated by the science behind sound healing, even before most people knew what it was. Back then, people thought I was a little weird carrying tuning forks around everywhere,

What I loved most was how versatile they were. I shared with my students how tuning forks could be combined with other healing modalities like aromatherapy and crystal healing — from chakra tuning, beauty rituals, energy clearing, and so much more.

Then I discovered crystal bowls.

I still remember carefully carrying my first set all the way from Canada, and playing them inside the King’s Chamber of the Giza Pyramid. It was such a magical experience. I fell in love with their celestial, angelic sounds, and I still love singing along with them to this day.

The gongs came later. To be honest, I didn’t fall in love with them at first. To me, they sounded intense, loud, and almost too overwhelming. But after experiencing some incredibly deep journeys during gong sessions, I became fascinated by their power.

There’s something about the deep vibrations of the gong that brings you into such a meditative state. I’ve spent a lot of time practising and refining my skills with the gongs, and I continue to be amazed by how much healing can happen through their vibrations.

Over the years, I’ve learned to play many instruments, but crystal bowls and gongs still resonate with me the most. That’s why they’ll always be part of my Aroma Sound Baths.
