紫蘇籽油 8 大好處:Omega 3 之后

紫蘇葉常見,吃魚生、大閘蟹或伴烤肉吃都得,精油(Shiso / Perilla)馳名,同樣在於它能解毒養肝,且香氣靈秀,驚為天人!


紫蘇籽油(Perilla Seed Oil, Perilla ocymoides)則初識於韓國煮食節目,韓國人很喜愛用它下廚,我卻略嫌它的微腥氣味。


直至知道它的廣泛好處,另眼相看。😋 它富含 Omega 3,作為植物油,比一般魚油多幾倍。現代生活瀰漫污染物,壓力焦慮體質太尋常了,紫蘇籽油正好對應自由基。


最吸引的是,養膚。紫蘇籽油是具備抗氧化作用的其中一種植物油,因此本身也不易氧化,很好保存。它保護細胞免受氧化損傷,同時滋養皮膚,緩和發炎敏感肌,算是相當百搭的植物基底油。


豐富 Omega 3 也讓它強於保護心血管系統,甚至應對記憶力、情緒問題。對於呼吸道、消化系統以至風濕關節、痛風等亦照顧到,紫蘇系精油、植物油確是天然養生寶物。
