薑黃:促血液循環疏散毒素

承上篇,黑胡椒以外另一春季用油。對,又是香料——薑黃(Turmeric,拉丁名字 Curcuma longa)。印度咖喱吃過吧,薑黃是主要成份。在印度阿育吠陀醫學裏,它也是珍貴材料,消炎抗氧化,如我們今天的 super food。


學習芳療時,對薑黃對女性的滋補養生力量印象深刻,Lydia 老師亦大力推薦黃金牛奶(在牛奶加入薑黃與肉桂),冬夜喝進去,全身暖笠笠,又養顏補氣。


蒸餾成精油,香氣仍有微辛粉塵氣,暖意揚升。它養肝,也抗氧化、抗自由基,換句話說,就是抗衰老。放一點在護膚油,可抗春天常現的過敏痕癢,甚至充塞毒素的皮膚,如面皰。也有說薑黃的芳薑黃酮能抗腫瘤。


春天宜排毒淨化,薑黃的長處是促進血液循環,疏散身體毒素。它對應肝經和本我輪,因此亦可消腸胃脹氣。
